Kogane potato

A baked confectionery shaped like a sweet potato, with a brown-colored skin and a simple appearance with a unique cinnamon flavor.

Hatsukari-yaki

In the early Showa period, this potato confectionery was invented by Kashichi Yamazaki, the fifth generation owner of our shop, and was created by Torayoshi Yamada, the foreman at the time.
