Imosen

This is a new type of sweet potato confectionery of Kawagoe's traditional confectionery "Imo Senbei". This product is made by chopping sweet potatoes, adding sweet potato starch, kneading them, baking them and coating them with sugar syrup, and can be enjoyed by everyone from the elderly to small children.
