Citizen's Day was established in 57 as a day for citizens to learn about the history of the city, raise awareness of autonomy, and aim for progress and harmony.
To commemorate this, each facility in the table below can be used free of charge on Citizen's Day and the first Sunday of December (12th) (the number of visitors may be limited depending on the facility).
