Their signature brand is "Kagamiyama." This is the only sake brewery in Kawagoe that uses only rice and water grown in Kawagoe. Founded in 1890 (Meiji 30), their signature brand is "Tenranyama." The first generation, Hisazo, was from Nakakubiki District, Niigata Prefecture, and worked as a master brewer at Ozawa Sake Brewery's "Sawanoi" in Ome, before going independent and starting his own sake brewery in Hanno. Tenranyama's sake brewery is built next to the confluence of the Naguri River and the Nariki River. The air is crystal clear, and clean, gentle underground water from Okuchichibu is pumped up from a well. Hanno's wonderful natural environment, "greenery and clear streams," nurtures the light, crisp taste of Tenranyama.

They brew unique sakes, such as the "Teimatsu Toramaki" series, which is dry but aromatic and full-bodied, and "Teimatsu Kaji to Seire," which uses the world's only en primeur yeast.

(I.e.Musashino Distillery  https://www.musashinodistillery.com/
Their flagship brand is "Togedama Gin." Musashino Distillery is located in a renovated old wooden warehouse built during the Taisho era. They obtained the first license to manufacture spirits in Saitama Prefecture, and also produced the first craft gin in the prefecture.
